Mario is a seasoned Food & Beverage executive with 30 + years of experience in operations, training, marketing and business development including financial analysis and P & L accountability. His many achievements include being part of the opening team for Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino, winner of eight CAA Four Diamond Awards, Four Wine Spectator Awards, Two Misty Awards and Stella Howlett Award. He has successfully opened seven restaurants and two hotels in the Niagara Region.

A graduate of Niagara College, Mario is very involved in community and fundraising events, and also served on the Board of Directors for Gillian’s Place.
